GUIDE Unusual Hat Tiers v∞

Welcome to the unusual hat 'tier' list. The reason I put the ' ' around tier, is because I myself don't quite believe in these, as different people have different opinions, but I'm making this anyway because it can be very helpful.

A few notes:
-Just because 2 hats are in the same tier, does not mean that they equal one another exactly in pricing. For example, the beanie and the rubber glove are in 1 tier, but the glove is worth a bit more than the beanie.

-Tier does not equal likability. I can just see all the: 'Aww, I like the panama!' Comments coming my way, so yeah, just putting that out there.

-Any and all suggestions/comments/questions are appreciated.

-Since I realized that it may be difficult to locate your hat of interest, I am making hats of each class a different color;

-It could be easier to use the Find(Ctrl+F) function to find your hat.
